Light, clear color with garnet red tones. Controlled intensity and a lot of elegance. Pinot Noir with a lot of structure, fraîcheur and finesse. Dominated by cherries, white fruits and delicate herbs. The controlled maturation of wood certainly gives added value and results in a Pinot Noir with considerable storage potential.
Summery light meat dishes, veal, (game) poultry, charcuterie and soft cheeses. Could be served chilled as an alternative to white.
