Deep ruby colour, it shows on the nose powerful and pure aromas of cherry, spice and earthy notes. Well-structured, the wine possesses soft and integrated tannins that give a velvety texture to the wine. Concentrated but elegant, fruit aromas are enhanced by earthy nuances and subtle oak, which provide a very long finish to the wine. It is very harmonious.

To be paired with game like venison or mature cheese like old comté or Epoisses cheese.
